MacCoole West Coast Tour : 3 Days

Itinerary

From Dublin take our Luxury Tour Bus across the centre of Ireland to the wild and rugged coast line of counties Galway and Clare.

First night we will spend in Ennis the Capital town of Co. Clare and the largest town in the province of Munster. Historically important market town and a centre for traditional Irish music.

Here we take a walk through the narrow medieval meandering streets and enjoy a few pints, in a town steeped in fascinating history.

Next morning we head to the world famous Cliffs of Moher, which rises 200 meters high above the wild Atlantic ocean. The cliffs stretch 8km and are Irelands number 1 tourist attraction.

Following this we’ll Kick the sand at Fanore Beach - one of Ireland premier surf beaches!. Here on our E.U blue flag beach learn to play a traditional Gaelic sport, or take a dip in the ocean.

Then we head to the small farming village of Oughtmama and  hop off the bus and enjoy leaning about the day to day running of an authentic working Irish farm, meet our friendly  farm animals.

Following this take our  gentle guided walking tour in to the Burren mountains, discover a maze of archaeological and early Christian sites.  Our tour  takes you out of the bus and across disappearing rivers, over ancient walls to holy-wells, stone age burial sites and forgotten forts. 

Experience the beauty of the Burren’s unique flora & fauna, learn of  folklore & folk traditions, story telling & much more.

After we’ll enjoy mums delicious homemade lunch in our farm cottage and listen  to a little Irish music.

Next stop is Galway the only city in the province of Connacht.
And a Vibrant party town. Here we will enjoy a great night out!

Next morning check out Galway’s local farmers market before heading back to Dublin.
