Itinerary
From Dublin take our ghostly Luxury Tour Bus across Ireland. Crossing Ireland we view Ireland’s largest bog “the bog of Allen” arriving in to the west we follow the Galway coast line out to Connemara to the port of Rossaveal. From here we take our ferry to Inish Mor for the Halloween festival of the dead.
Friday Night:
Dinner out in the town followed by a story telling, and a few nice pints.
Learn of the Celtic festival of ‘Samhna’ – The feast of the Dead and of evil spirits.
Hear the Irish folk tale of Stingy Jack otherwise known as Jack O’ Lantern
Listen to Irish folklore of vengeful spirits, mischievous ghosts and spiteful banshees!
Saturday10am:
Free Breakfast followed by Guided cycling tour* of the island.
We will take a fun cycling trip around the Island visiting sites such as Dun Aenghus fort a World Heritage Site, The Worm Hole!!, The Seven Churches, Teampaill Chiarain the Man of Aran Cottages and many more. Along the way we will stop for the odd drink to warm us up!
Saturday night:
Dinner** in the hostel cooked by Caroline sister, following this its time to change in your fancy dress, then well play traditional Irish Halloween games. Prizes for the best dressed with our MacCooles costume contest!
Hit the town- watch out for spooks!
Sunday:
Free breakfast and enjoy bit of fresh air before heading back on to Dublin.
Return to Dublin for 6pm
